หากทางแบรนด์ได้จัดส่งสินค้าแล้ว แต่ลูกค้ามีความประสงค์จะขอคืนสินค้า ลูกค้าสามารถส่งคืนได้ภายใน 7 วันหลังจากได้รับสินค้า โดยสินค้าจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพสมบูรณ์ ไม่ถูกเปิดหรือใช้งาน และลูกค้าจะต้องรับผิดชอบค่าจัดส่งคืนทุกกรณี ไม่ว่าจะเป็นการส่งภายในประเทศหรือต่างประเทศ

If the product has already been shipped but the customer wishes to return it, the item may be returned within 7 days of receipt. The product must be unopened and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, regardless of whether the return is domestic or international.
